GENERAL RULES FOR THE RESERVATION, RENTAL AND USE OF THE TOURIST FLAT JUAN DE HERRERA
The aim of APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA is to guarantee the peace of mind and comfort of its clients during their stay, and for this reason the following conditions have been established for all bookings. The acceptance of a reservation implies the acceptance of these conditions. APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA reserves the right to adapt the present rules without prejudice to any previously acquired rights.
The prices of the flats depend on the number of people in the flat.
To book a flat you must check availability on our website or by telephone. In the event that the flat is available, the reservation is made directly through the system by providing the details of a credit card which is used for payment and as a guarantee in the event of cancellation.
Guests can cancel their stay by requesting it through our contact form or requesting it to info@apartamentojuandeherrera,es.
- Full refund: To obtain a full refund of the accommodation fees, the cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the local check-in time.
- 80% refund: To obtain a refund of 80% of the accommodation fees, the cancellation must be made between 3 and 15 days before the local check-in time.
- No refund: The last 72 hours before the check-in time is non-refundable.
In case of no-show at the scheduled time of arrival, the obligation of APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA to reserve the flat will cease, due to the loss of 100% of the deposit paid. Any incident regarding the arrival time must be communicated as soon as possible, via Whatsapp or telephone.
Cancellations, which are not made within 24 hours before the arrival time, will be charged as one day of the client’s stay.
The client pays in Euros on the day of arrival in cash or by credit/debit card.
VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted.
Arrival and departure times
The tourist flats do not have a reception, so it is very important that you specify your expected time of arrival so that our staff can receive you. The established timetable for check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00.
Check-in is from 15:00 hours. However, please indicate your approximate arrival time, so that our staff can attend you properly.
When you arrive at your flat a person from APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA will be waiting for you to welcome you, check you in, sign the contract and give you the keys, inform you about the flat equipment and answer any questions you may have.
In case of no-show at the scheduled time of arrival, the obligation of APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA to reserve the flat will cease, with the loss of the deposit paid.
Departures will be before 12:00 noon.
In order to guarantee a good service, it is necessary that you inform us of your arrival and departure time through our web page at least 24 hours before your arrival and departure. If this is not possible, we will provide you with a telephone number where you can send a WhatsApp or make a phone call at least 4 hours in advance.
On departure, the flat must be in perfect condition, with all the furniture and accessories in perfect condition, as they were placed at the disposal of the client.
Failure to comply with the obligation to vacate the flat at the end of the contracted period will result in the application of a penalty of 10.00 € for each hour of delay in returning the flat. Any incident regarding the departure time must be communicated as soon as possible, via Whatsapp or telephone.
Rules for the use of the flats
The desire for a pleasant stay established by APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA, obliges us to be especially respectful of the rights of others, therefore the following rules of conduct must be complied with:
It is especially important not to make noise (voices, music, etc.) after 23:00 at night.
Parties in the flats are not allowed.
APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA is not responsible for personal belongings left in the flats. Although Valladolid is not a dangerous city, robberies or thefts can occur, mainly to tourists and in the streets.
For everyone’s benefit, do not let anyone into the doorway that you do not know, not even when they meet you at the door. Make sure that you lock the access door to the street, and to the flats, lock the door to your flat.
The flats and access doors to the street are equipped with security locks, but it is always advisable to take extreme precautions to ensure a pleasant stay in Madrid. As an additional security measure, in which we hope you will collaborate, we would like to inform you that the access facilities are equipped with security cameras that operate 24 hours a day.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building of the APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA, both in the flat and in the corridors and common areas of the building.
It is not permitted to use the flats for purposes other than their use as a dwelling.
Any damage caused to the flat belongings must be notified immediately to APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA; the client is responsible for such damage and the cost of the same will be charged to the client’s credit card.
The client is obliged to behave in a civil manner and to respect the basic rules for staying in a property. Otherwise, APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA reserves the right to demand the immediate abandonment of the flat without prejudice to the rights of APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA to compensation.
Cleaning and Rubbish
On the day of your arrival the flat will be handed over to you clean.
You should not leave bags of rubbish in the flat, there are municipal rubbish bins at 10 m. from the building.
On the day of departure the client must leave the flat in reasonable conditions, otherwise APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA may ask the client to pay 20 Euros.
Towels and sheets
A set of 2 towels per person and the necessary clean sheets for the total number of people staying in the flat will be provided on arrival.
Items included per flat
APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA must offer the flat with all the services and features advertised.
On the day of arrival, the client’s identification documents must be provided, with the information relating to the clients staying in the flats.
APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO JUAN DE HERRERA is not responsible for damages caused by elements beyond its control.
